Made with fruits ripened under the beautiful sun of Calabria, this jam contains all the sweetness of the best varieties of oranges. The juiciness and softness of their pulp are combined with the crunch of the finely chopped peels, which confide during cooking. The natural sweetness of the fruits harvested at perfect maturity limits the addition of sugar and makes this preserve perfect for all palates. In addition to filling cakes and pies, the orange jam "Zia Italia" goes well with semi-aged pecorino cheeses, is perfect as a garnish of cold cheesecakes and, thanks to its particular consistency, manages to transform a verrine of plain yogurt into a real dessert.
